General Manager-Corporate Finance What are the Key Deliverables in this role? Financial Outcomes

? Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial closing for standalone financials.

- Overview of month closing activities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual Financials Statements and ensuring the disclosure requirements are met as per IND-AS and iGAAP.

? Annual Budget, Quarterly and monthly estimates to SLT
- Actively involved in the preparation of the budget & LE for Corporate functions including the share service centre.
- Overview of the overall budget & LE submission for TCPL Standalone in accordance with timelines.

? Audit sign off for relevant deliverables
- Getting the Accounts audited as per the statutory requirements, resolving the auditor queries and getting a sing-off from the auditors on the same.

? Support to Tax Audit, Tax compliance and other regulatory compliance
- Reviewing the annual and quarterly XBRL for the TCPL standalone
- Assisting in requirements for Tax Audit, transfer pricing and other regulatory filings

? Controls and Governance
- Assisting in the internal control process and other compliance and governance requirements for TCPL Standalone.

Customer Service

? Interface with Treasury,



Tax and Secretarial team on linkage to TCPL Standalone financial statements

? Corporate support pertaining to Ready to Cook business.

? Partnering with Corporate support functions

Internal Processes

? ICFR Compliance - Ensure that the Risk and control matrix are updated comprehensively.

? Assisting in TCPL Chart of accounts process for SAP and SAP- BPC

? Governance – Assisting in the Schedule of authority matrix and overall process,

Innovation and Learning

? Schedule III and Listing Regulation related trainings and orientation to business finance team.

? Orientation on Governance and controls environment.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

? BCOM/ MBA/ICWA

? 10 years of relevant work experience

? Working knowledge on IFRS and IndAS and other relevant regulatory frameworks in India

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

? Should be confident to work with multiple stake holders – Internal and External.

? Ability to interpret financial data, identify industry trends and market data driven decisions in various Corporate projects.

? Solid Analytical ability and interpersonal skills

? Ability to communicate finance information with non-finance employees
