We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to lead our costing and budgeting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and analysis, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive cost management strategies to optimize profitability.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management on budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead and manage a team of cost analysts and financial professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management,



preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with financial software and systems, particularly Excel and financial planning tools.
