? Hiring: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Metro/Railway Project ?

? Experience Required: Minimum 10-15 Years

? Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and agile Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead the execution of large-scale Metro/Railway Infrastructure Projects . The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in planning, construction, contract management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of metro/railway Projects.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of metro/railway projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor project progress through regular reviews, site inspections, reporting, billing, and documentation
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and cost control.





? Required Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure projects with significant exposure to Metro/Railway Projects.

✔ Proven experience in managing large-scale EPC/PMC Metro Rail Projects

✔ Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration (FIDIC preferred), project planning, and cost control

✔ Experience in managing civil works, stations, viaducts, depots, and track infrastructure

✔ Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project , MS Office, and project reporting tools

✔ Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
