Deputy Director – Competitive Examination Cell

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve student success in competitive examinations

- Support planning and execution of coaching programs, workshops, mock tests, and seminars

- Provide guidance and mentoring to students for exam preparation, strategy building, and time management

- Track student performance and recommend corrective measures for improvement

- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and external mentors for effective program delivery

- Facilitate collaboration with coaching institutes, experts, and alumni

- Support smooth functioning of all activities under the Competitive Examination Cell

- Analyze program outcomes and prepare reports for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Eligibility:

- Postgraduate degree from a recognized university

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in academic coordination, coaching, or mentoring for competitive examinations

- Experience in handling competitive exam programs such as UPSC, GPSC, GATE, CAT, GPAT, or similar will be preferred

- Experience in academic administration or institutional roles will be an added advantage
