Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Department Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
- Achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain stock availability, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor shrinkage and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve overall store performance.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader in Retail, Supermarket, FMCG, QSR, or similar industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
