Role Description The Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including oral examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive and restorative procedures.

Responsibilities include performing cosmetic treatments such as veneers and clear aligner therapy, administering local anesthesia, managing dental emergencies, and ensuring strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols. The Dentist will collaborate with specialists to plan complex cases, educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.



This is a full-time, in office role based at Opal Dentistry in Bengaluru, requiring consistent chairside patient care and participation in clinic workflows and team meetings.

Qualifications

- Clinical dentistry skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and management of dental emergencies.
- Experience or strong interest in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, smile design, and clear aligner/invisalign therapy.
- Proficiency in maintaining sterile clinical environments, infection control practices, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options, obtain informed consent, and provide empathetic care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a specialist team and coordinate care for complex rehabilitation cases.
- BDS degree from a recognized institution;
- Valid dental registration/license as required by local regulatory authorities.
- Comfort with using modern dental equipment, digital imaging, and practice management systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and participation in professional development activities.
