​Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join the team at Chaitanya Multi Speciality Dental Clinic. In this role, you will work closely with the dentists to provide compassionate patient care and ensure that clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your support will be vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for every patient.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Clinical Assistance: Assist the dentists chairside during examinations and various dental procedures. Anticipate the needs of the provider by preparing the appropriate trays, instruments, and materials.
- ​Patient Care: Welcome patients, seat them comfortably in the treatment room, and help alleviate any anxiety. Provide clear instructions regarding oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- ​Sterilization & Safety: Strictly follow infection control protocols by meticulously cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment. Ensure treatment rooms are sanitized between patients and at the end of the day.




- ​Administrative Duties: Accurately maintain and update patient records and treatment notes. Help schedule appointments, manage the daily calendar, and assist with basic front-desk tasks as needed.
- ​Clinic Maintenance: Monitor clinic supplies, manage inventory for treatment rooms, and assist in placing orders when stock is low.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience as a dental assistant preferred (Freshers with a relevant diploma may apply).
- Education: High school completion, dental assisting diploma, or relevant clinical certification.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with dental software.
- Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, punctual, and a strong team player.
