Role Description The Demo Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, focused on demonstrating Dyson products and providing an engaging in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features and benefits, performing live demonstrations, and answering questions to support informed purchase decisions.

The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring demo units are functioning correctly, and keeping the demonstration area clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Expert also collects customer feedback, supports basic troubleshooting,



and collaborates with store teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets. This position requires consistent punctuality, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work versatile retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product features, with an interest in consumer technology or electronics.
- Experience in retail, in-store demonstrations, or sales promotion is preferred.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on product demos safely and confidently.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for handling product-related queries and minor issues.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and a consistent focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Comfort working in a structured environment with performance targets and reporting requirements.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
