Demo Engineer

The Demo Engineer is responsible for scaling up the technical aptitude of the Q Branch Demo Engineering team and acting as a technical liaison between the Q Branch team and the Solution Engineers. To achieve this, the Senior Demo Engineer / Demo Engineer will build expertise on all Salesforce products and leverage their technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the demo builds.

Responsibilities

- Oversee proof of concept demonstration builds across Salesforce products and technologies.
- Work with Solution Engineers to define realistic deliverables and deadlines.
- Hands-on contribution on assists/projects.
- Manage project queues and allocate appropriate bandwidth.
- Act as a technical liaison between multiple parties involved (Solution Engineers, Demo Engineers, and DE Management).
- Build expertise on all Salesforce products and equip the team with the same.
- Identify emerging technologies, facilitate training, and promote knowledge sharing among the team.
- Architect and oversee special assignments.
- Prioritize projects, ensuring delivery and quality within timelines.
- Assist Demo Engineering Management in hiring and developing top technical talent in the region.
- Conduct oneself with the highest ethical standards and within the policies of the organization.
- Lead initiatives on technology and personal development.





Qualifications

- 4-5 years of Salesforce experience.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce products.
- SFDC Certifications (Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I, AI Associate, AI Specialist, etc.) are a big plus.
- Experience in technologies like APEX, LWC, AURA, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience in AI, including Prompt Building, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, is a big plus.
- Solution Engineering experience with proven performance is a big plus.
- Application architecture experience.
- Process and efficiency-oriented.
- Analytical decision-making.
- Exemplary verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
