Summary:

The Demand Generator (DG) plays a critical role in driving sustainable, influencer-led demand within their assigned territory. Based in key locations including Kolkata, Siliguri, Bardhaman, Guwahati, Aizwal-East, Nellore, and Vijayawada, the DG is responsible for identifying and enrolling key industry influencers such as contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers. Through strategic product sampling, on-site demonstrations, and consistent follow-up, the DG converts trial interest into repeat usage and ensures strong dealer activation.

This role is central to building a robust, high-performing demand pipeline that delivers measurable secondary sales volume and long-term market growth.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and enroll contractors, OEMs, applicators, architects, and interior designers as influencers

- Develop and maintain a high-performing influencer network that drives repeat demand

- Conduct product sampling, trials, and on-site demonstrations to showcase product value

- Support influencers with application guidance and follow-ups to convert trials into regular usage.

- Activate key dealers to strengthen influencer–dealer collaboration and enable demand pull.





- Ensure consistent product availability and seamless linkage between influencers and dealers

- Drive and track secondary sales volumes from the enrolled influencer base

- Monitor demand-to-volume conversion and report performance regularly to regional leadership.

- Collaborate closely with Regional Managers, Area Managers, and internal teams for alignment and execution

Requirements

Requirements:

- 1.6 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, influencer management, or B2B sales

- Proven experience in wood coatings, paints, or related industrial sectors is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers

- Robust field execution skills and proven territory management capability

- Deep understanding of influencer-driven demand models and market activation strategies

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets
