About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Demand Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline through effective lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online databases.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and identify business opportunities.
- Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, CRM, and lead generation tools.
- Manage and update lead information and activities in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share relevant prospects with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Must have hands-on cold calling experience.
- Experience in sales lead generation / B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM, or similar lead management tools.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc. will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of IT, SaaS, cloud hosting, or technology services is preferred.
