We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Executive to join our growing sales and demand generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B prospects, generating high-quality leads, engaging decision-makers through outbound channels, qualifying prospects, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys B2B prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and building relationships with potential customers in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and build prospect lists across target industries and market segments.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders within target organizations.
- Conduct personalized outreach campaigns based on prospect profile, industry, business needs, and potential fit.
- Qualify prospects based on Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline (BANT) and other defined qualification criteria.
- Generate HQL, MQL, and SQL opportunities through structured prospecting and lead-nurturing activities.
- Engage prospects, understand their business requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's solutions.
- Schedule qualified appointments, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales meetings for Account Executives or the sales team.
- Consistently follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update accurate prospect and activity information in Salesforce CRM.
- Track daily outreach activities, conversations, qualified leads, appointments, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, campaign performance,



and appointment conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, qualified leads, appointments booked, and pipeline generation.
- Maintain a healthy and accurate prospect pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Demand Generation, B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting.
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting is preferred.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead nurturing.
- Good understanding of BANT, MQL, HQL, and SQL concepts.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently engage with business decision-makers.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Experience working with US/international B2B clients is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
