Job Requirements:

Proficient in English, familiar with local dialects

Associate degree or bachelor's degree (no major restriction). Priority given to graduates from engineering colleges with background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Furniture, or related fields

Strong hands-on skills, hardworking, willing to learn furniture installation; physically fit, able to travel and perform physical labor

Good communication skills, project delivery management capability; strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, strong execution; cross-cultural adaptability, good communication with headquarters team

Honest, reliable, and of good character

Additional advantages: basic knowledge of Chinese, familiarity with or experience related to China, holding a passport with no adverse visa record, prior experience as a student leader or in organizing large-scale events

Responsibilities:





- Installation guidance and execution: master furniture assembly and installation techniques, visit customer sites to guide or supervise installation, ensuring final installation quality meets company standards
- Site management: coordinate and manage workers on site, resolve in office issues promptly, maintain communication with sales team
- Logistics coordination: coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery
- Customer communication: effectively communicate with customers to complete delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
- Cost control: develop and manage related service suppliers
