Job Responsibilities

- Own on-time, on-scope delivery across the full software project portfolio
- Ensure every active project has a named owner, an agreed plan and a live delivery date
- Review scope, effort estimates and timelines before commitments are made to clients — and hold the line on what is deliverable
- Plan and manage developer allocation and utilisation; eliminate idle capacity and resolve conflicts across concurrent projects
- Track project costs against billing, monitor margin at project level, and flag engagements that fall below target
- Ensure completed milestones move to invoicing without delay, working closely with finance
- Own QA and release standards, including definition of done and UAT readiness
- Manage change requests and scope creep,



ensuring approved changes are documented and billed
- Run the weekly delivery review and maintain project status reporting for leadership
- Manage and develop Project Managers, Technical Leads and QA staff on the delivery side
- Own the support and ticketing process for delivered software, including SLAs and escalations
- Standardise delivery processes, estimation practice and handovers across the team

Requirements

- 6–8 years in software services, with at least 3 years managing delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Experience leading a delivery team of 20+ engineers
- Direct experience owning project profitability or a margin target
- Strong command of effort estimation, resource planning and utilisation management
- Working knowledge of contemporary web and mobile stacks (JavaScript/MERN, PHP, native or cross-platform mobile)

Excellent written and spoken English; Malayalam preferred Based in or willing to relocate to Kannur
