Role Description The Delmia Ortems Technical role is a full time remote position responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Delmia Ortems solutions for Ombrevo’s clients. Day-to-day activities include analyzing customer production and planning requirements, configuring planning and scheduling parameters within Delmia Ortems, and integrating the solution with existing ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems in coordination with technical teams.

The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system health checks, and applying best practices to ensure stability, performance, and data integrity. The technical specialist will collaborate with project managers, business consultants,



and client stakeholders to translate functional needs into robust technical configurations, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training and support. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, version upgrades, and testing activities is also expected.

Qualifications

- Strong maintenance skills, including Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance capabilities relevant to Delmia Ortems environments.
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable system performance and availability.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex technical issues within planning, scheduling, or integration contexts.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Delmia Ortems or similar advanced planning and scheduling (APS) tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES integration, databases, and basic scripting or configuration (e.g., SQL, APIs, interfaces).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage tasks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with digital transformation projects or consulting in industrial or manufacturing settings is an advantage.
