- Oversee the design and implementation of robust ETL frameworks and data pipelines to facilitate seamless data movement across disparate enterprise systems.




- Manage cross-functional teams of data engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and agile delivery.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and data integration strategies.
- Drive the adoption of advanced data capture methodologies, including CDC and Debezium, to optimize real-time data streaming and synchronization.
- Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying bottlenecks in data migration processes and implementing effective technical solutions.
