Role & responsibilities :
7 + years of IT Experience - Domestic Staffing / recruitment with C2H / Permanent.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing domestic clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client hiring needs
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures
- Monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction
- Identify recent business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling)
- Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
- Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, pipeline, and revenue
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
