We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to lead our commercial real estate lending services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the delivery of commercial real estate lending services, including underwriting, loan origination, and portfolio monitoring.

- Lead a team of professionals in CRE underwriting, loan origination, rent roll analysis, asset reviews, and SLA management.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
