WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Run the Week 18 pre-cohort plan: welcome calls, kit dispatch, LMS/profile setup, readiness checklists, at-risk flagging and outreach, and launch-week logistics.
- Operate the live-session model: schedule every LIVE session, post replays within 24 hours, and execute the Week 5 pivot from 1:1 calls to automation (human calls reserved for at-risk learners).
- Form and administer Builder Pods: composition, weekly check-ins, Week 8/16 reviews, rebalancing, and flex-window re-entry.
- Coordinate the AI-native tool stack: masterclass and workshop scheduling, tool-credit/access provisioning, and AI Study Companion support across all four semesters.
- Administer identity verification, proctoring set-up, and the full consent matrix ahead of every defence and AI Off assessment.
Run portfolio, archive, and employer-consent operations, including graduation-day archiving and Grand Convocation logistics.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 100% of the weekly success signals (W1W8) hit: calls done,
checklists complete, pods formed, Day-1 attendance confirmed.
- 100% of live sessions have a replay posted within 24 hours.
- Zero Builder Pods fall below the floor of 7 active members.
- 100% of mandatory consents and ID verifications captured before the corresponding activity proceeds.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-4 years in program/student operations, ed-tech delivery, or a coordination-heavy role.
- High attention to detail; comfortable owning multiple concurrent trackers and checklists at once.
- Solid written and verbal communication for learner-facing and cross-team coordination (SS, PM, Ops, Academic, Community, Content).
- Working comfort with LMS, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and scheduling tools.
- Sound judgment to escalate at-risk learners and pod conflicts promptly, without making academic or assessment calls.
