Location and type
Noida. Full-time, in office, 5 days a week.
Experience
Open to early-career people, including fresh graduates and strong interns who are good with people and organized. If you have one to three years in outreach, event support, content coordination, or media production support, that is a plus, but it is not required. A bachelor's degree, ideally in media, communications, marketing, English, or a similar area, is nice to have.
About the role
This role has two main parts. The first part is finding and inviting the right delegates and guests for our events, interviews, and podcast conversations. The second part is helping our media and content work move from plan to finished, published output.
You will reach out to people in a warm and honest way, treat them as real contributors, and keep clear records of who is coming and why. You will also coordinate the many small steps that turn a recording or an event into finished content that is ready to publish and share. Some of the people you invite will be based in the US, Europe, and India, so you will sometimes work across time zones and take part in an occasional evening or night call when an event or recording runs on US time.
This is a people-first and organized role. If you enjoy talking to people, writing simple clear messages, and keeping many moving parts on track, you will do well here. It is fine if you are new to this kind of work.
We will teach you.
What you will do
- Find and invite the right delegates for our events and the right guests, panelists, and contributors for our interviews, podcasts,
think tanks, webinars, and blogs.
- Reach out to people warmly and honestly through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls, and treat each person as a real contributor.
- Sort out the small details that make an invite work, such as confirming availability, collecting a short bio and a photo, sharing a briefing, and matching times across time zones.
- Coordinate the steps that turn a recording or an event into finished content, including guest readiness, asset collection, handoffs to editors and designers, quality checks, and getting content ready to publish.
- Help publish approved content in a neat, correct format, checking that titles, descriptions, bios, images, links, tags, and dates are complete before it goes live.
- Support our events and programs with steady, organized effort so nothing is missed, including reminders, session coordination, attendance checks, and post-event follow-up.
- Help promote our finished content through approved social, newsletter, email, and website channels, and turn long talks into short, useful posts and highlights.
- Keep clean and clear records of outreach, replies, confirmations, attendance, and publishing status, and share simple weekly and month-end updates.
- Use AI-assisted research and our tools to find the right people faster and to keep your work organized.
What you should have
- Solid outreach and people skills, both in writing and on a call.
- Comfort reaching people across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Real care for treating people well and with respect.
- Organized follow-through, so you keep many small tasks and handoffs on track and reply on time.
- Ease working with people in different time zones,
and openness to an occasional evening or night call for US-time events.
- Comfort learning simple tools, including AI tools and simple design tools, and a willingness to keep learning.
- Honesty and warmth in how you speak and write.
- Good spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Some experience with outreach, event support, or content and media coordination.
- A basic feel for how podcasts, videos, blogs, or online events get made and published.
- Comfort writing short social posts or promotional copy.
What we value in everyone we hire The same six things matter for every person we hire: start with the real need (understand the real problem first), tell the truth even when it is hard, make it useful (being busy is not the same as being useful), find a better way and use AI well, work as one team, and own the outcome, not just your part. We invest in our people, and we want people who also invest in their own learning and want to grow with us and help us grow. A person can be very skilled, but if they cannot be honest or treat people with respect, they are not a fit here.
What success looks like In this role, success means the right people show up to our events and join our conversations because you found them and invited them well, and the content from that work gets finished and published on time without loose ends. Your records are clean and up to date, so the team always knows who is coming, what is recorded, and what is published. People feel respected by the way you reach out, even when they say no. You follow up on time and nothing falls through the gaps.
How we work
We are a small team with a high standard. We use AI in our daily work to save time and do better work. We speak plainly, we tell the truth, and we help each other. We care more about useful work than about looking busy. We will support you, and we expect you to own your part and keep learning.
