Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Delegate Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and onboard healthcare professionals and industry leaders for VOH's conferences, summits, and roundtable discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire delegates for healthcare events.
- Build relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and maintain a strong delegate pipeline.
- Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.




- Achieve delegate acquisition targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in delegate acquisition, business development, inside sales, or client relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in healthcare or event management is a plus
