Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Decor Sales role based in South Delhi. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their wedding décor needs, and presenting suitable concepts and packages.

The Decor

Sales professional will manage the entire sales cycle, from follow-ups to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting décor and planning with teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring accurate communication of client requirements.



The role also requires maintaining sales records, supporting marketing efforts, and representing Fleur Story at meetings, site tours, and events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, courteous support and deliver a high-quality client experience before, during, and after events.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing, ideally within events, décor, or hospitality.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to manage pipelines, track performance, and help guide or support junior team members as needed.
- Knowledge of wedding décor, event planning, or luxury hospitality is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, including evenings and weekends during peak wedding season.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, events, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
