The Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to: Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap aligned with NEP, AICTE, NBA, and NAAC frameworks Student Success & Industry Engagement Strengthen the Research Ecosystem Recruit, mentor, and retain high calibre faculty Demonstrate inclusive and visionary leadership.

Qualification

Required - Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed institution.

Education and/or Experience at reputed institutes such as IISc/ISERs/IITs/IIITs/NITs/CFTIs or reputed global institutions will be highly valued. 15–20+ years of academic/research experience. Minimum 5–10 years in senior academic leadership (Dean/Associate Dean/HOD). Robust research track record and experience in accreditation processes.
