The Warehouse Data Entry Operator maintains digital inventory logs, inputs shipping manifests, and ensures stock accuracy across systems. This role bridges floor operations and administrative tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Tracking: Input inward and outward material logs, tracking numbers, and stock updates into the database.

- Data Verification: Cross-check physical shipping receipts, packing lists, and item counts against system entries to spot errors.

- Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and shipment logs for management.

- Team Coordination: Communicate with floor workers, delivery drivers, and shipping partners to clear up missing info or delays.

- Record Maintenance:



Organize digital files and archive paper backups securely.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, or specialized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Attention to Detail: High typing accuracy and ability to catch numerical or text mismatches.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate with different departments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
