Role: Data Visa Business Analyst location: Pune

Exp: 6+ years The role will be accountable for the following:

- Request Case pre-screening and data submission template to be completed
- Checking pre-requisites are in place (contracts, application details etc.)
- Raising and submitting Data Visa requests
- Updating pre-screening information if required and re-submitting Data Visa
- Reviewing Local Conditions and Restrictions are being met and how to remediate if not met
- Managing Data Transfer Country approvals
- Managing Privacy Impact Assessment approvals
- Managing additional approvals in the Data Visa portal
- Preparing and submitting documentation for review by Country/Legal Entity Regulatory Compliance on activities outside the Data Visa portal
- Arranging meetings with the Product Owner, Project Team and Regulatory Compliance to explain the initiative, taking actions and resolving to closure

The role will also require:

- Facilitate internal communication (discussions and decision making) and foster effective collaboration between teams
- Document process improvements showing workflows and review with stakeholders
- Obtain cross team consensus,



in order to progress forward towards the end goal
- Manage queries and engagements from various stakeholders and teams
- Update and manage tracker showing approvals obtained for each sub category (Data Sharing, Privacy Impact Assessment etc.)
- Individual has to be highly orgainsed as managing multiple Data Visas at the same time
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance in relation to Data sharing cross border

What you will bring to the role

- 5+ years woring as a Busines Analyst and relevant industry certification
- Excellent skills and knowledge of cooperative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement and transparency
- Excellent communication skills and able to drive and manage meetings independently
- Experience of managing stakeholders
- Competency in Microsoft Excel in order to conduct data analysis and present data and progress made for each Data Visa Case
- Experience with working on document repositaries e.g. Confluence and SharePoint and ticketing tools e.g. JIRA and ServiceNow.
