Position Summary

At PlaySimple Games, data is at the heart of every product decision. As a Data Scientist in our Data Science team, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems and influence product strategy across our portfolio of games. You will partner closely with Product, Game Design, Engineering, and Business teams to uncover insights, optimize player experiences, and drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large-scale data, building predictive models, and translating analytical findings into meaningful business impact in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.

Position Summary

We’re looking for Data Scientists to join our Data Science team. It’s a fast-paced,

What’s required of you

● You will work closely with product leaders as a data-driven advisor and partner on strategic issues.

● Will work collaboratively with game teams to deliver actionable insights into our games to further increase user acquisition, engagement and monetization.

● Will proactively perform a wide range of analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities across games help us continue to improve gameplay.

● Will answer business-related questions through exploratory data analyses and ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications and Skills Required

● B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Computer Science/Statistics with demonstrated experience in ML/Statistics

● Hands on experience in Python/Spark for data crunching, data visualization and machine learning.

● SQL skills: Experience querying large, complex datasets from a data lake/warehouse.

● Ability to execute research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations.

● The candidate should enjoy both working with people and undertaking rigorous statistical analyses.

● Knowledge of Deep Learning is highly desirable
