Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Machine Learning and Data Science models using Python.

Build and optimize predictive models for customer behavior, segmentation, retention, propensity, and other business use cases.

Perform customer analytics to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Work with large and complex datasets using SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.

Evaluate, tune, and validate machine learning models for accuracy and scalability.

Collaborate with business, product, data engineering, and technology teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions.

Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.





Continuously monitor model performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–9 years of relevant experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.

Strong hands-on experience with Python .

Robust proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.

Solid understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.

Hands-on experience in Predictive Modeling .

Strong experience in Customer Analytics and customer-focused ML use cases.

Practical experience with MLOps , including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
