About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to solve complex business problems, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights from large datasets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, probability distributions, A/B testing, and time series analysis to solve business problems.
- Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
- Build and optimize AI/ML solutions using algorithms such as Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, KNN, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning models.
- Develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.




- Perform feature engineering, feature selection, dimensionality reduction (PCA), and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance.
- Evaluate model performance using metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC, MAE, RMSE, and R Score.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI and data-driven solutions.
- Build data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Plotly to communicate actionable insights.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate ML models into production environments using Python, SQL, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to build and deploy AI/ML solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed models through model retraining and MLOps best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, research, and industry trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science.
