About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related technologies. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, developing training materials, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and ensuring participants gain practical industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deliver training on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI tools.
- Explain technical concepts clearly using practical examples and real-world use cases.
- Develop and deliver course content, presentations, assignments, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct live coding sessions, demonstrations, labs, and hands-on activities.
- Guide students through projects, case studies, datasets, and real-world problem statements.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, projects, and assessments.
- Provide feedback and mentoring to learners throughout the training program.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI development tools.
- Customize training content based on client/student requirements.
- Participate in trainer evaluation, technical discussions, demo sessions, and curriculum planning.
- Support learners in understanding industry practices and preparing for AI-related job roles.
- Maintain training quality, learner engagement, attendance, and session documentation.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications or training certifications are an added advantage.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML training, technical training, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience delivering corporate training, academic training, or professional upskilling programs is preferred.
- Hands-on experience working on real-world AI/ML or Generative AI projects is highly desirable.
