- Research buying signals such as funding rounds, hiring trends, product launches, technology migrations, acquisitions, and expansion plans.

- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to deliver qualified prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.

- Continuously improve research methodologies and identify new data sources.

- Ensure lead quality, data accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Research and identify qualified target accounts on a weekly basis.

- Maintain accurate and complete prospect information in the CRM.

- Ensure a high lead acceptance rate from the sales team.

- Keep CRM data updated, organized, and error-free.

- Complete research requests within the defined timelines.

- Contribute to meeting bookings and overall sales pipeline growth.
