Are you passionate about Data Privacy, Compliance, and Information Governance ? Join ESDS Software Solution Ltd. as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and play a key role in building a robust privacy and compliance framework.

Position: Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with India's DPDP Act, 2023 , GDPR , and other global privacy regulations.
- Advise on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Privacy by Design principles.
- Lead privacy governance, compliance monitoring, and policy implementation.
- Manage data breach response, regulatory interactions, and grievance handling.
- Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, HR, IT,



and Business teams to strengthen privacy controls.
- Conduct privacy awareness and training programs across the organization.

We're Looking For:

- Solid knowledge of GDPR, DPDP Act, UK GDPR , and privacy governance frameworks.
- Experience in privacy compliance, risk management, audits, and regulatory engagement.
- Exposure to ISO 27701, privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPO, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and policy drafting skills.
