Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and mentor the Data Mining team
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance
- Generate targeted B2B leads using data mining techniques
- Conduct web research and extract accurate business data
- Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy
- Build and manage prospect databases
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for lead requirements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Ensure team targets and deadlines are consistently achieved
