Role Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP SD OTC Data Migration Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience and proven expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and SAP Data Migration for S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing and executing end-to-end OTC data migration, including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, mock loads, validation, reconciliation, cutover and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SD OTC Data Migration activities for S/4HANA implementation/transformation projects.
- Define migration strategy, scope, migration objects, mapping rules and data governance standards.
- Handle migration of Customer Master / Business Partner, Sales Orders, Pricing Conditions, Deliveries, Billing Documents and Open Items.
- Drive Business Partner (BP) / Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) conversion activities.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation of legacy data.
- Execute multiple mock migration cycles, reconciliation and defect resolution.
- Own cutover planning and execution,including final data loads and business sign-offs.
- Work closely with SD,



FI, MM, PP, TM, Basis and technical teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Identify migration risks and provide mitigation plans to project and business stakeholders.
- Prepare migration-related functional specifications, mapping documents, migration playbooks and runbooks.
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap workshops and translate business requirements into migration solutions.
- Provide technical/functional guidance to junior consultants and migration team members.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and project leadership.
