About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Analyst specializing in Global Digital Risk & Data Protection to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This onsite role reports directly to the Director of Tech Compliance and is pivotal in safeguarding enterprise data across our global operations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in cybersecurity, data protection, and security operations, with a passion for enhancing security resilience within up-to-date cloud and hybrid ecosystems. Your expertise will help operationalize, improve, and scale our data protection capabilities, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information across endpoints, cloud applications, email, and business processes.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a BE/B Tech/MCA degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or a related field. They should have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Data Protection, DLP, Security Operations, or Information Security roles, preferably within large, global, and dynamic environments. Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with security platforms and tools are essential to succeed in this role.





Responsibilities Data Protection & DLP Operations: Manage and continuously enhance enterprise Data Loss Prevention controls, policies, and operational processes. Execute technology roadmaps for DLP platforms to address evolving data exposure risks and threat landscapes.

Implement and optimize controls across data in motion, at rest, and in use environments. Review existing configurations, recommend improvements, and support future deployments. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to facilitate proactive monitoring and risk mitigation.

Security Technologies & Controls: Operate and support a suite of enterprise security technologies including Data Loss Prevention solutions, Microsoft Purview / M365 Security, Exchange Online Protection, Retention Policies, Sensitivity Labels, Web Proxy / URL Filtering, CASB, Zero Trust solutions, Cloud Data Protection Platforms, Encryption Solutions, and Privileged Access Tools. Ensure these controls are effectively integrated and maintained to safeguard organizational data.

Incident Response & Risk Mitigation: Coordinate mitigation efforts for data protection incidents and alerts across multiple geographies. Investigate, prioritize, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. Identify and mitigate risks related to data leakage, insider threats, and policy violations. Support management of high-criticality security incidents, ensuring swift and effective responses.

Phishing Simulation & Awareness: Lead end-to-end phishing simulation programs, including threat trend analysis, campaign design, execution, validation,



and reporting. Collaborate with awareness teams to enhance employee cyber resilience through training and awareness initiatives.

Encryption & Data Security: Support deployment and management of encryption controls across devices, emails, databases, and cloud platforms. Apply expertise in symmetric and asymmetric encryption, hashing techniques, and leverage Microsoft 365 encryption capabilities to ensure data security.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with global teams to understand requirements and execute operational priorities. Conduct workshops, knowledge sessions, and develop user guidance documentation. Handle sensitive, high-priority assignments from senior leadership and promote a security-first culture organization-wide.
