- Endpoint & Cloud DLP (agent health, SaaS DLP)
- Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) Integration (sensitivity labels)
- Incident Response & SOC Coordination (containment, blocking transfers)
- Compliance, Governance & Audit Support (DPDP Act, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC)
- Change & Release Management
- OEM & Vendor Coordination (Zscaler, Microsoft)
- Reporting & Service Management

Tools/Technologies: Zscaler DLP, Endpoint DLP, MIP, M365 security stack, SIEM, ServiceNow Required Skills: L2 DLP ops, data classification/content inspection, MIP label integration, data privacy regulatory knowledge

Preferred Certifications: Zscaler DLP, Microsoft SC-400, ISO 27001, CEH
