BillingXchange is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Executive to support our dental billing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dental or healthcare processes, along with basic data handling skills and familiarity with industry software.

- Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)
- Shift: US Shift
- Experience Required: 1+ Year (Dental / Healthcare Industry)
- Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter, update, and manage patient and billing data in the system
- Hands-on experience with dental billing software such as Dentrix or Open Dental is required
- Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Maintain proper documentation and records for billing processes
- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure smooth claim processing
- Handle data extraction, reporting, and basic analysis using Excel
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
- Assist in daily operational tasks related to revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the dental or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Dentrix / Open Dental software (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering)
- Willingness to work in US Shift (Night Shift)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of dental billing processes is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience in dental billing or RCM processes
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows
