Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should possess good typing skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.

- Maintain accurate records of documents and information.

- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.

- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.

- Generate basic reports as required.

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update information.

- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

- Perform routine administrative tasks related to data management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of records entered per day.

- Data accuracy rate.





- Timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Quality and completeness of records maintained.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

- Good typing speed and accuracy.

- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic understanding of data management practices.

- Good communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or back-office operations.

- Experience with CRM, ATS, ERP, or database management systems is an added advantage.
