Working Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM IST** About The Role The role involves researching and verifying business contacts, updating company records, identifying relevant decision-makers, and ensuring that contacts are correctly categorized and tagged. You will also monitor marketing and consultant inboxes for out-of-office replies, using the information provided to update existing records or identify new business contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain company and contact records in Bullhorn, ensuring information is complete, accurate, correctly categorized, and free from duplicates.
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers, such as Plant Directors, Operations Directors, General Managers, and Plant Managers.
- Find and verify professional contact details using LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and other approved research sources.
- Add current contacts to Bullhorn, link them to the correct companies and locations, and apply the appropriate tags and categories.
- Monitor marketing and consultant inboxes for out-of-office replies,
recording return dates and identifying alternative or replacement contacts.
- Update CRM records based on information received through email replies, including changes to job titles, responsibilities, companies, and contact details.
- Clean and standardize CRM data while following the client’s formatting, tagging, and data-quality requirements.
- Collaborate with the client’s recruitment, sales, and marketing teams and provide regular updates on completed work, progress, and any issues encountered.
Must-Have Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in data entry, lead generation, research, or CRM administration; experience in a recruitment or sales environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good written English, with the ability to understand job titles, company structures, and email or domain formats.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data, including thousands of records.
- Proficient in web research using LinkedIn, company websites, professional directories, and other relevant sources.
- Competent in basic productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, email platforms, and web browsers.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency in tagging, categorization, and data formatting.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness,
particularly when handling confidential business data.
- Previous experience working with UK, US, or other international clients.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience using Bullhorn or another recruitment CRM.
- Experience in recruitment, sales operations, marketing operations, or B2B lead enrichment.

- Able to make careful decisions about which contacts to add and how they should be categorized.
