Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator Intern to support our team with data entry, documentation, student registration, and choice filling activities. The intern will gain practical experience in handling student information, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day admission-related processes.

Job Responsibilities

- Enter and update student data accurately in company systems.
- Assist with student registration and application processes.
- Assist students with choice filling and related documentation.
- Verify and organize student documents and information.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist in preparing and updating reports using MS Excel.
- Support documentation and back-office activities.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for data verification and corrections.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and company information.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately within deadlines.





Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and students can apply.
- Candidates who have completed courses in Data Analytics, Office Administration, Data Entry, or related fields can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
