Job ResponsibilitiesJ

- Daily data entry and computer-related office work.
- Prepare and maintain MS Excel sheets and reports.
- Prepare customer quotations as per the details and prices provided by the Sales Team.
- Enter product details, quantity, price, GST and other required information in quotations.
- Make changes/revisions in quotations whenever required.
- Maintain a record of quotations prepared and sent.
- Maintain customer, enquiry and sales-related data.
- Update quotation and enquiry status in Excel.
- Prepare basic MIS and daily/weekly reports.




- Maintain records of customer, sales and service-related documents.
- Handle emails, printing, scanning and other documentation work.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and computer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Accounts teams for required information.
- Perform other computer and data-related tasks assigned by the management.

Qualification

- Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering, B.Com or B.A.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email is required.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Computer Operator, Data Entry, MIS, Back Office, Sales Support or similar roles.
- Freshers with good Excel and computer knowledge can also apply.
