Data Entry Operator The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry related to raw materials, production, inventory, and dispatches. This role also includes assisting with inventory management, handling documentation, coordinating with various internal departments, and generating regular reports for management. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Entry Tasks

- Record daily inward and outward entries of raw and finished goods

- Maintain daily stock movement logs

- Inventory Support

- Assist with tracking inventory levels and material issues

- Help with physical stock checks and audits

- Data Management

- Input production, sales, and purchase data into the system

- Maintain and organize records, both digital and physical

- Document Handling

- Prepare and file invoices, challans, gate passes, etc.

- Ensure documentation is accurate and properly stored

- Coordination





- Coordinate with internal departments for data and documentation

- Follow up for pending entries or approvals

- Software Use

- Operate ERP, Tally, Excel, or internal data entry systems

- Ensure entries are timely and system backups are done regularly

- Reporting

- Generate periodic reports for stock, production, and dispatch

- Report any issues or discrepancies to management

Required Skills:

- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel, Tally, or ERP software

- Good organizational and record-keeping ability

- Effective coordination and communication

- Attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualifications:

- Minimum HSC or Graduate (Commerce preferred)

- 1+ year of experience in a data entry or admin role (manufacturing experience preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
