About Us

Luster Services Private Limited is a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Executives to join our growing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
- Verify and validate information before submission.
- Maintain electronic records and databases.
- Perform data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Quality Analysts to ensure data quality.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Typing accuracy of 95% or above is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and basic computer skills.
