? **Role Overview Position

: Pharmacy Store Assistant / Operations Executive Shift Ti mings: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Full time) Location

: Kolkata, West Bengal

? **Key Responsibilities Inventor y Management: Record daily Stock-In and Stock-Out entries and provide inventory reports to management. Order Pr ocessing: Monitor the Captabs WhatsApp Business desk for customer calls and incoming order messages. Packagin g & Dispatch: Accurately pack medicine orders, attach correct billing, and hand off to delivery partners. Stock Au dits: Track stock availability and flag re-order levels to prevent shortages.

? **Key Requirements Basic co mputer literacy and familiarity with Excel/inventory entry. Proficie nt in handling WhatsApp Business and managing phone calls. Strong a ttention to detail and accuracy in order packing. Prior ex perience in retail, pharmacy management, or order fulfillment is a plus.
