Position: Data Entry & Quotation Executive

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in data entry, quotation preparation / office administration.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 Per Month

Skills: MS Office, Typing

Enter, update, and maintain company data with accuracy.

Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.

Maintain quotation records and follow up on pending quotations.

Generate reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Verify and update customer, vendor, and product information.

Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for pricing and quotation details.

Organize and maintain physical and digital documents.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all business records.

Perform other administrative and office support tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
