Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Data Engineer Trainees who want to build their career in cloud data engineering. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks and will work on data ingestion, transformation, processing, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for batch and incremental data processing.

- Work with structured and unstructured data.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).

- Work with Azure data services and Microsoft Fabric.

- Develop data transformations using Python and PySpark.

- Write SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Work with data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.

- Assist in implementing Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.

- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and basic performance optimization.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of SQL.

- Good understanding of Python.





- Basic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts.

- Basic understanding of Azure cloud services.

- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Basic knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Fabric.

- Basic knowledge of Apache Spark / PySpark.

- Basic understanding of Databricks.

- Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge of Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines.

- Knowledge of Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse.

- Knowledge of Delta Lake.

- Basic knowledge of Azure Synapse.

- Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps.

- Understanding of dimensional modelling and medallion architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or related degree.

- Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related background preferred.

- Candidates with academic projects in Python, SQL, Azure, Spark, or Databricks will be preferred.
