Position Title: Senior Data Engineer - Principal Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) - Madhapur - Hi-Tech City

Work Hours: Standard office hours with some communication after hours with US

Job Summary:

The Senior Data Engineer contributes to the creation and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse that will support all reporting and analytic functions at the company. This position analyzes, implements, maintains, and supports ELT, connections, and extracts supporting various business applications (including definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines).

Ensures data warehouse resilience, availability, recovery, maintenance, data integrity and capacity planning requirements. Provides a high degree of coordination between user, technical, application and corporate entities to ensure effective data management as a corporate enterprise. Has a willingness to work with customers of varying levels of technical ability in a growing, complex environment.

We need candidates with strong Python knowledge. Along with SQL, dbt, AWS, Python, preferred skills include Snowpark, Snowflake cortex code, Snowflake Stream lit, and AI/ML model building also. HYD/willing to work from HYD Profiles only.

Duties &Responsibilities;:

- Implement, maintain, and support data pipeline solutions




- Tune SQL and pipelines to limit consumption spend
- Ensure data reliability, efficiency, integrity, and quality
- Follows standardization of coding practices and adherence to coding standards and change control
- Adheres to security policies in relations to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) compliance and company standards
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 5-10 years Database SQL development (Snowflake/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to create highly complex SQL queries
- 5+ years ETL/ELT data integration experience
- Excellent knowledge creating and analyzing ETL and other data integrations
- Experience in Snowflake or cloud data warehouse platform (Redshift, Databricks, Firebolt)
- Knowledge of ER diagrams, data flow diagrams, and normalization techniques
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, SAS, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Inquisitive and willing to learn business processes and innovative technologies
- Team player with solid interpersonal skills
