About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on solving complex data challenges and takes ownership of projects from initial design through to successful delivery.

As a Data Engineer at EazyML, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure Fabric, leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering productivity, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders to meet organizational data needs. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative AI solutions from the comfort of your home.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record of managing complex data projects.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and other Azure data services.
- Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling concepts, and data warehousing principles.




- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Spark, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms in production environments, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines utilizing Microsoft Azure Fabric to support organizational data needs.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring high performance and data quality.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Implement best practices for data processing workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate project delivery and improve solution quality.
- Monitor production data pipelines, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Work closely with architects, analysts, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals without requiring constant supervision.




- Apply cutting-edge thinking by utilizing AI and automation to solve problems, streamline processes, and enhance engineering productivity.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, raising risks early, asking clarifying questions, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, adjusting priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Participate in collaborative efforts with global teams, including overlapping work hours with the U.S. East Coast (up to 1:00 PM ET) for critical discussions and decision-making.
