- Proposed Title - Data Consultant - Engineering Solutions

- Summary : The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing our SaaS product for clients by focusing on data pipelines, data storage, query writing, and dashboard creation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to ingest, process, and store data from client systems.

- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the pipeline.

- Work with databases to design scalable data storage solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in queries and stored procedures

- Collaborate with clients to design and develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations

- Implement filters, KPIs, and metrics to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

- Ensure dashboards are scalable and optimized for performance.

- Create reusable scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and ETL workflows.

- Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, pipeline failures, or client-reported issues.

- Propose scalable and efficient solutions to handle large datasets.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Nodejs

- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and schema design.

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

- 2-5 years of professional experience in data engineering, data consulting, or a similar role.

- Demonstrated experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources.

- Previous client-facing or consulting experience is highly desirable

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced setting

- Adaptability to learn new tools, technologies, and business models quickly.

- Domain knowledge in industries like finance, pharma, or insurance is a plus.

- Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise-level data systems is an advantage
