Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Faridkot.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to support business reporting and analysis. The role involves building dashboards, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and identifying trends and patterns that inform operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistics and statistical methods for data interpretation.
- Experience with data modeling and structuring data for reporting and analysis.
- Clear and effective communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R, business intelligence tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to data work.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridkot, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in travel, logistics, or service-oriented industries is an advantage but not required.
