Role Description The Data Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in Aurangabad. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple internal systems to support decision-making across business functions.

The Data

Analyst will build and maintain reports and dashboards, perform statistical and trend analysis, and create data models to forecast performance and identify business opportunities or risks. The individual will collaborate closely with business, finance, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, and will prepare clear, concise presentations and documentation for stakeholders.



The role also includes monitoring data quality, optimizing reporting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in analytics and data governance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex data sets and deriving insights.
- Candidates should possess a good foundation in Statistics to conduct quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, maintain, and optimize data structures and support forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with databases or SQL is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, NBFCs, or banking analytics and knowledge of lending or risk metrics will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets, attention to detail, and a mindset focused on accuracy, ethics, and data privacy are essential.
